VIP reception, check-in and check-out, and the service standards of a luxury resort.
Groups of 2 or 3 · 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 · supervised by department heads or the HR team
The planned ten days
Weekdays at the hotel, the weekend in Polynesian culture, and a final forum with people who work in tourism here. The first group will help shape what comes next.
- Day 1Arrival in Tahiti, ferry to Moorea, orientation, welcome dinner
- 2–5Hotel training, Modules 1 to 4
- Day 6Ecomuseum, beach picnic, Tahitian dance and ukulele
- Day 7Lagoon tour with lunch on a private islet, mid-stay review
- Day 8Hotel training, Module 5; farewell dinner with guests from the hotel and tourism industry
- Day 9Tourism forum with tourism and airline professionals, including Japanese professionals working in French Polynesia; certificates; ferry to Papeete
- Day 10Flight home
For your university
A signed attendance record and supervisor's evaluation for every student. Pre-departure guest lectures by Zoom. Credit is awarded by your university; we provide the records.
Looked after
Staff from Form'Oz, our professional training center, with the group every day. Daily minivan to the hotel. Rooms of up to four, separated by gender. Flexible meals, with allergies and dietary restrictions catered for.
Safe by design
Swimming is optional and always supervised. Wet-weather plans for every outing. A night in Papeete before the flight.
